This smoothie is very easy and super charged with all goodness.
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbs ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 1 cup of fresh Kale or Spinach (or 1/4 cup of frozen)
- 1 large beetroot
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 cups of water
- Grind the chia and flaxseeds in the blender first.
- Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and serve immediately.
